The Full King Crab is our flagship white wine. The 2024 is a pure expression of Brosseau Vineyard’s mineral magnificence.
Beyond the rocks, the nose meets you with stone fruit fuzz, sun-showers, and beeswax wonderland. With just one sniff of the FKCIV you are there - standing in Brosseau Vineyard in all of its glory- with the jagged high peaks of Pinnacles National Park right there.
Medium bodied quince, apricot, and chamomile fruit enlivens with balance beach acidity. It comes in at 13.3% abv. The finish is breathtaking journey into crystalline yellow space.
